Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us by post within 7 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund, provided the returned item complies with the following conditions:
The item must be unused and returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is in an unsuitable condition or shows signs of use or scratches.
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not cover return shipping fees for returns based on a change of mind or under the evaluation period. All such return shipping costs must be fully borne by the customer. We do not accept returns sent via freight collect.
REFUNDS:
Your returns will be refunded at the original purchase value.
All refunds will be credited directly to your original method of payment.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.*
*The initial delivery charge will only be refunded on occasions when the item received is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. To qualify for a refund of the delivery charge and to avoid disputes regarding transit damage, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of the item's condition upon arrival. In this case, please email our Customer Service Team at arthur@ejoytech.com.tw providing your order number, the unboxing video, a description of the product fault, and whether you wish to receive a replacement or a refund.
RETURN BY POST:
All orders can be returned by post.
We recommend that you send returns using a trackable method, such as a courier or registered post, to the following address:

We will email you to notify you once your return parcel has been received and your refund is completed. Please hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number. For peace of mind, you may wish to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, should the parcel get lost.
Please remember that the goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure they are packed properly to prevent any damage on the way. Additionally, we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
