Description

Upgrade the BPPC ( (Brewing Pressure Profiling Control), system on E61 machine.

During the coffee brewing, the water pressure on the coffee puck can be adjusted with the BPPC mechanism, obtaining this way the best result in the cup with every variety of coffee beans.

The pressure profile can be controlled real-time with the gauge fit on the brew-group.
